When a lead calls, how that unfolds should be divided into individual steps and each step should be entered as a separate activity:
Step 1. The lead calls and you chat
a. Click on Add an Activity
b. Record the call on the right in the Complete an Activity area and enter your notes about the content of the call below.

I got a great question this morning from a client. Her sales team wants to add resident-related activities to REPS but she wasn't sure how to do this without affecting sales-focused conversion rates. Here's my advice:
From my perspective, it is appropriate for the team to add calls and meetings with residents. I feel this way for a few reasons.

Want a list of all your active leads who don't have a follow-up activity scheduled? It's easy. Here's how:
Reports -> Marketing -> Contact Listing
In Selection Criteria:
1. In Sales Counselor, choose yourself
2. In Status Codes, select the codes you use for active leads
